芭特妮芙基本動作理論

德國籍的芭特妮芙(Michian Bartenieff)自25歲即開始追隨拉邦(Rudolf von Laban)學習「拉邦動作分析」,之後創立了「拉邦動作研究學校」。並追隨喬治、迪樊(George Deaver),受訓成為復健師,並結合拉邦理念與復健概念,創立了一套以”身心是一體,動作的目的是功能作用或表達作用”為其理論基礎的「芭特妮芙基本動作訓練課程」。

本次的音樂舞蹈療癒課程,我採用芭特妮芙的基本動作理論作為暖身活動設計的根據,這項動作理論不但適用於兒童、成人更適用於有肢體障礙的朋友或長者。

本文介紹其中三個主要要素,包括:呼吸(Breath)、骨盤中心(Core Navel)、脊椎/頭尾(Spinal, Head-Tail)等。此項舞蹈療癒的目的在於協助障礙生改善身體的平衡、協調,拓展身體的自由度和空間運作,增進自我身體覺察及敏感度,讓壓力獲得釋放,肢體緊張獲得放鬆。

In this music and dance healing course, I use Bartenieff basic movement theory as the basis for the design of warm-up activities. This week, I used three main elements, including: Breath, Core Navel, Spinal, head-Tail, etc. The purpose of this dance healing is to help the obstacles improve the balance and coordination of the body, expand the freedom and spatial operation of the body, enhance the self-physical awareness and sensitivity, release the pressure, and relax the physical tension.


1、 呼吸(Breath)

呼吸對孩子或大人都是很重要的自然行為,倘若呼吸方法不當,身體某部位便會被阻塞,有身體障礙的成人再加上呼吸不當,便會產生肌肉僵硬的現象,因此身體療癒第一個重要活動便是幫助被療癒者能做到正確的呼吸方法。下面影片我們以「吹泡泡」帶領呼吸的練習。

Breathing is a very important natural behavior for children or adults. If the breathing method is not proper, some parts of the body will be blocked. Adults with physical disabilities and improper breathing will have muscle stiffness, so the body will be heal. An important activity is to help those who are healed to do the right breathing.



2、 骨盤中心(Core Navel)

骨盤中心是人類動力需求最多的地方,強化被療育者的骨盤中心,可以幫助他們支撐住骨架、站穩腳步、穩定抬腳等動作。此外,採坐姿並彎起雙膝,深呼吸並放鬆骨盤部位肌肉。之後,站立舉起單腳,啟動髂骨大肌,這個動作對骨盤而言,扮演著動作穩定的角色。

仔細觀察人類和動物的各種動作之後,你會發現會使用上述基本行為要素者,將能比較輕鬆地過日子。以舞者為例,能善用骨盤(core)的舞者,在揮舞四肢時,他能將手腳經由骨盤串聯在一起,一般人若能持續這種核心力道動作的訓練,會產生一種中心重心十分紮實的感覺,會帶給生活一種安全感。

The Core Navel is the place with the most human power demand. Strengthening the center of the pelvis of the person being treated can help them to support the skeleton, stand firm and stabilize the foot. In addition, take a sitting position and bend your knees, take a deep breath and relax the muscles in the pelvic area. After that, standing up and lifting one foot, starting the humerus muscle, this action plays a stable role for the pelvis.

3、 脊椎/頭尾(Spinal, Head-Tail)

在許多動物諸如:鱷魚、蛇、毛毛蟲、水母等身上,我們可以發現很清楚的看到頭尾或脊椎的動物行為。因此引導障礙者模仿上述動物動作,可以幫助他們放鬆頭部肌肉以及鬆弛頸椎與脊椎各部位。

In many animals such as crocodiles, snakes, caterpillars, jellyfish, etc., we can clearly see the animal behavior of the head and tail or spine. Therefore, guiding the obstacles to imitate the above animal movements can help them relax the head muscles and relax the cervical vertebrae and the spine.
